Hamot Health Foundation will help fund the education of current and future health care providers and create pathways where opportunities do not exist.
Advanced education leads to better patient outcomes. Hamot Health Foundation funds scholarships for UPMC Hamot employees pursuing degrees, certifications, and training across health care fields. The Foundation also supports youth career programs and regional training initiatives, and helped establish the UPMC Jameson School of Nursing at UPMC Hamot to strengthen staffing and transform local students’ futures.
